Job Summary: Assists in configuration, implementation, and support of desktop related hardware/software. Responds to requests and trouble calls related to desktop hardware/software.Education: Two years of college level courses with network or workstation related courses. Education requirement waived with high school diploma and three to four years desktop experience.Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Off-campus system support duties will require use of a private vehicle. A valid driver's license, Motor Vehicle Report, and proof of vehicle liability insurance in the amount required by SFHS guidelines will be required. Certifications(s) as required.Work Experience: 3 - 4 years related experience.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Desktop hardware and software knowledge. Effective interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills. Ability to perform under stress and in emergency situations.
