We're hiring an HR Compliance Administrator to support our U.S. People & Culture team and uphold the highest standards of policy governance, legal compliance, and audit readiness. In this key role, you'll manage day-to-day compliance and reporting tasks while leading the review, standardization, and alignment of HR policies, handbooks, and internal guidelines.We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making HR documentation and processes legally sound and audit-ready. Experience in compliance-focused, multi-state, or regulated environments is a strong plus.  YOUR ROLE AT SIXTPolicy & Handbook Overhaul You own the review, revision, and compliance alignment of all HR policies and employee handbooks across locations, including formatting, versioning, approvals, and rolloutAudit & Documentation Excellence You drive personnel file audits, I-9 compliance, and documentation tracking to ensure audit-readinessTraining & Compliance Communication You schedule and track mandatory compliance trainings, ensuring all employees acknowledge policies, and help communicate updates to stakeholdersLeave & Accommodation Monitoring You track LOAs and ADA accommodations in partnership with benefits and 3rd-party providersSupport Federal & State Reporting You assist with the preparation and filing of reports such as EEO-1, VETS-4212, OSHA, ACA documentation, etc   YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You bring a solid foundation with at least 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources or Compliance within medium to large organizations with a concentration in employee relations, policy enforcement, and regulatory complianceEducation You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldTechnical Proficiency You possess an in-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, demonstrating a strong command of critical regulations such as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelinesSoft Skills You exhibit exceptional organizational abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities efficiently without compromising qualityCommunication You possess polished communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels, manage sensitive information discreetly, and foster positive workplace relationshipsCommitment to Excellence You are driven by success and consistently strive for high-quality outcomes in every task you undertake.
