The Lab Specialist will determine the composition, reactions, and chemical or physical properties of organic and inorganic compounds. They will develop and improve processes, equipment, and formulas, and prepare compounds and solutions to conduct tests.Hard Skills
BS in a science-related technical discipline
Previous experience working in a laboratory
Accurate data entry and analysis skills
Strong attention to detail
Soft Skills
Ability to safely handle 50 lb. buckets of materials
Ability to work with elevated temperature materials with proper PPE
Team-based collaboration
Following instructions and checklists
Compiling research data, operating records, and reports of test results

The position is temporary for 4-6 months, with the possibility of long-term employment based on performance.
