Employee focused.JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Change Management to join our team and drive our Organizational Change Management Program to new heights. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading the transformational journey as we integrate acquired entities, streamline processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Some of the key responsibilities include developing comprehensive change management strategies, leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with senior leadership to assess change readiness and devise change strategies, fostering a culture of change readiness and resilience, and evaluating the effectiveness of change management efforts. Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading a change program. Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with the ability to tailor approaches to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders and situations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire individuals at all levels of the organization. Proven leadership and project management capabilities, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.This position is hybrid to our Corporate Office in Tulsa, OK, or open to remote in an approved state.This position is eligible for remote work in one of the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. This position will require some travel for office meetings, as needed, to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK.Job Profile SummaryManage and lead a staff dedicated to Change Management that will drive value through change management efforts, including change assessments, change communication plans and materials, training plans and materials, leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with senior leadership to assess change readiness and resilience, and engaging with stakeholders throughout the organization to expand adoption of change management practices.Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Assists senior leadership with establishing and maintaining change strategy methods and systems for the organization.

Directly manages the team responsible for designing and executing initiative change strategies for project and organizational change management efforts.

Evaluates and assesses for change readiness, impact and resilience.

Manages change analysis and change impact assessments to determine the communications risks/mitigations and benefits associated with changes.

Develops expectations and paths for successful and effective change management engagements with all levels of the organization.

Manages the team responsible for communication plan creation and content development. Ensure strong and effective engagement with Corporate Communications team.

Oversees the development of training strategies, plans, and materials associated with change initiatives. Assists with training execution.

Cultivates relationships with various partners to implement change plans, resolve issues, and manage resistance.

Develops and fosters change management awareness programs and training to ensure change management principles are understood and adopted by the organization.

Work Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading an organization change program.

Licenses and Certifications

Change Management Certification (Prosci, ACMP) preferred.
