POSITION INFORMATION
He/ she is responsible for keeping the building and grounds clean and neat, for all tools, and equipment to perform this operation.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Must keep the building, workbenches, Company tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
Must keep the grounds cleaned from all trash and loose items.
Must help in keeping the salvage yard cleaned up and orderly.
Must help in ordering, cleaning equipment as needed.
Must have a driver’s license in order to operate the Company vehicles.
Will be required at times to pick up parts and take customers around town.
Must be able to perform all these duties in a safe manner.
Ability to follow Bruckner policy and procedures implied and expressed.
Work with a minimum of supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required: At least a minimum 9th grade education.
Must have had some experience in the trade and able to know the proper products and tools required.
Must be able to take instructions and interact cooperatively with supervisors.
Will have to maintain a professional appearance, and interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner.
Position requires interaction with others and the ability to move easily from one task to another. Due to the urgency of the various job tasks there will be some level of stress.
PHYSCIAL DEMANDS
Involves essential ability to pass a physical and drug screen.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs from floor to waist high, and 25 lbs to shoulder high.
Must be able to work around, over, and under equipment and trucks as needed.
