Employee focused.JOB SUMMARYONEOK is seeking a process improvement consultant to support the execution of the Human Resources digital and process transformation strategy. This role will act as a project manager and an innovation change agent for the HR Process Improvement function and be responsible for facilitating a best-in-class employee experience by building and maintain people processes that affect the entire organization.This role collaborates closely with HR Center of Excellences to deliver their processes and programs. You will operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and manage multiple projects to completion. You will make connections and ensure the right people are part of the projects. A strong project manager, inquisitive, and willing to dig in to resolve issues. You ask the right questions to understand the business needs and how to respond with effective and engaging solutions. This role will need strong partnership skills to build results-oriented relationships with customers.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesHR Project Governance

Facilitate the delivery of HR strategic initiative roadmap for modernization of processes and transformation of work practices in alignment with the HR strategy.

Support governance activities for HR strategic initiatives including maintaining the HR roadmap, guide new project approvals, execute the change control process, communicate roadmap health updates, and steering committee participation.

Develop and maintain project standards, tools and templates .

Creation of economic models for identified initiatives to demonstrate project benefit to HR.

Manage full life-cycle HR projects and associated project planning for HR strategic initiatives including project charter and project plan development, coordinate and execute projects across HR, track and report out status, risks, issues and dependencies.

Create functional requirements for innovation opportunities with strategic implementation plans.

Engage with business leaders and influence project decisions; assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands.

Liaison between HR and Communications ensuring all communications are vetted with all relevant stakeholders and proper “buy-in” is achieved.

Process Improvement and Employee Experience

Conduct employee-centered process improvement including journey development and experience mapping, efficiency analysis, and facilitate listening sessions to test process and journey designs.

Collaborate with HRIS to identify new strategies to close gaps and project solutions to increase productivity and efficiency through process improvement and automation.

Identify continuous improvement opportunities through data insights and trends, customer and partner feedback loops, HR COE listening sessions, survey results, and staying abreast of emerging HR tools, strategies, innovation and solutions landscape.

Create ways to measure, assess and enhance employee experience and engagement.

Design and maintain the workforce experience architecture.

Develop and maintain key personas and preferred interaction models.

Design communications approaches which give employees a voice.

Act as a liaison role between Total Rewards and Corporate Communications.

Assess just-in-time resources for leaders.

Education

Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field

Work Experience

Experience with Waterfall and Agile / Lean methodologies.

Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases, epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.

Strong data analytic abilities and the ability to identify patterns within data.

6 - 10 years related work experience preferred
