Participate in the planning, scheduling, coordination of all construction work activities in a safe, efficient, and economical manner. Partner with internal (plant management teams) and external customers, labor, contractors, suppliers, vendors, and governmental agencies.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Perform varied construction and project controls work assignments demonstrating technical knowledge and analytical techniques to solution of problems or analysis.
Participate in the planning and organization of construction project work activities.
Apply problem solving skills to resolve technical problems and initiate solution techniques.
Demonstrate the ability to make decisions and contribute to team decision making and consensus building.
Perform work in a safe manner and in accordance with the System Safety Process.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing the construction project details with team, management, customers, contractors, vendors and regulatory agencies.
Demonstrate an attitude and desire to listen to and satisfy both internal and external customers who use and depend upon our work. Demonstrate the ability to be a team player and contribute to team goals.
Pursue effective ways to protect and enhance the environment while providing reliable electricity at a competitive cost.
Comply with and support ethically sound behavior and have a sense of shared accountability.

Education: Qualified degrees must be in a related field from an accredited university or college and could include Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or Project Management.
Required Travel: 25% and Valid Driver’s License is required.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Local to Tulsa, Oklahoma or within 30 minute drive. No relocation is offered.
Ability to function in multidiscipline teams.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat a plus.
