We are looking for a reliable baker/baker's assistant for our doughnut shop!
-Work days and hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (weekdays): 11pm - 7am
Friday, Saturday, Sunday (weekends): 10pm - 8:30am
Monday closed
The exact finish time depends on when you are done with the workload.
Part time work is available. Please discuss with us during your interview.
-Baker/baker's assistant responsibilities:
Use the doughnut depositor to make cake doughnuts (strength required)
Make icing and glaze
Shape dough with cookie cutters
Deep-fry doughnuts
Glaze doughnuts
Ice doughnuts (must handle the heat & be extra careful and delicate when holding each doughnut as to not crush it)
Clean equipment/work area
Do the dishes
Do any other work as directed
You work overnight, and must be on time (you must get sleep during the day).
You are recommended to wear a mask and wash hands often during work.
You cannot miss work, as the day's business depends on you being present to make certain quantities of doughnuts.
Business is usually very busy; there are frequent big orders.
The owner & others working in the back often converse in another language (Korean) but will communicate to you in English.
-Compensation:
$13 per hour starting
