About the Role: You will start by wearing many hats—helping with marketing, estimating jobs, doing mold remediation projects, and other tasks as needed. This is a hands-on role for the first 6-18 months to grow the business and change to a General Manager Role if qualified.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations
Assist with estimating for mold remediation and water damage
Perform mold inspections with testing
Handle mold remediation jobs
Assist in marketing efforts and develop strategies to attract more business
Assist in other misc activities as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Construction experience required, mold experience preferred but NOT required
Someone who wants to help us grow statewide, take their career to the next level and have a KEY role and position doing so
A self-starter who doesn’t need micromanagement
A hard worker who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty
A problem solver who finds solutions and moves things forward

Compensation:
$40,000 SALARY + monthly bonuses based on performance. There is no cap—your success is tied to the results you deliver.

Requirements:
Construction experience required, mold experience preferred but NOT required
Must know how to hang drywall
Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces year-round
Valid Driver's License (No DUIs within last 5 years)
Pass background check and drug test
