Are you tired of not having a career you love? Tulsa Community WorkAdvance's Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) machining class could be the right opportunity for you. We'll help you get trained and certified as a CNC Machinist at no cost, AND help you find a great job. CNC Machinists are getting hired before they even get out of training - usually starting at $15 to $17 an hour.
If you enjoy working with your hands and you're good at math, this is the career for you. We are enrolling RIGHT NOW for free CNC training classes. In as little as 4 months, you can get certified and employed as a CNC Machinist.
Here are the requirements to be considered for this opportunity:
Must be 18 years or older
Basic math and reading skills
Ability to work flexible shifts
Mechanical aptitude
What you'll learn in CNC training:
How to make precise measurements and read blueprints.
How to operate and set-up computer operated mills and lathes.
Programming codes and guidelines.
