Position: Landscape Crew Team Member
Responsibilities:
This IS NOT A MOWING POSITION
MUST HAVE CLEAN VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
Assisting with landscaping installations and maintenance tasks
Planting and caring for flowers, shrubs, and trees
Supporting hardscaping projects under the guidance of experienced team members
Participating in general landscaping activities, including mulching and edging
Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards
Requirements:
Enthusiasm for outdoor work and landscaping
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team leaders
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
