Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lawn Care Crew Leader to join our team. You must have 2+ years of experience. This role involves driving trucks and trailers, mowing, edging, weed-eating, blowing, bush trimming, and general lawn maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew in performing mowing services
Operate trucks, push mowers, zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards
Perform routine lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, and blowing
Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service
Trim and prune shrubs and bushes as needed
Assist with landscaping tasks such as installing mulch, pulling weeds, and digging holes
Load trailers, fill gas cans, and ensure all equipment is ready for daily use
Maintain a clean work environment by removing trash from trucks and job sites daily
Work efficiently and collaboratively to meet service schedules
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of experience leading a crew in lawn mowing and maintenance
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation
Proficiency with zero-turn mowers, push mowers, weed eaters, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers
Basic landscaping knowledge (training provided for more advanced skills)
Reliable transportation to the shop in Sapulpa, OK
Strong work ethic, good time management, and a positive attitude
