Property Inspector: Use an app to go to properties in your area to take photos and knock on doors to verify occupancy and condition of the property. The right person needs to be organized and have good time management skills. But this position is very flexible.

Reliable automobile
Android Smart Phone
Valid Driver's License
Ability to Pass a background check
