BLM Companies, LLC has the subcontract for HUD Property Preservation/Maintenance in your state. Independent Contractors are needed in your area to perform Clean Outs, Debris Removal, Yard Maintenance, Snow Removal and Inspections to ensure that each property remains clean, secure and well-kept until it sells. Property maintenance, property management, property preservation, general contractor, or handyman background would be helpful, but not required. We are looking for hard working, responsible, honest individuals and companies to perform duties as Subcontractors set up with your own equipment, vehicle and business insurance. Training is available.
