Personal Injury law firm with a presence in multiple states offering to take over cases from other firms. Utilize our years of expertise, resources and staff to handle personal injury cases that your firm might not have the time or area of focus to execute to their fullest potential.
We can handle pre-litigation cases from intake to settlement and take over at any stage in between. We are predominately interested in MVA accidents with the possibility of dog bites and intentional torts.
What we can offer: Intake, LORs, obtaining all sources of insurance, medical record acquisition and review, demands, negotiations, high settlements, subrogation, bill reductions and financial distributions.
What we ask of you: Basic information, client contract, accident documentation as available (i.e. police reports, photographs, etc).
We are offering our services for 60% of legal fees and reimbursement of case expenses (cost of bills and records, mailings, etc).
Our services work exceptionally well with small firms, firms whose primary focus is not on personal injury, firms with too large of case loads or firms that are under-staffed.
