Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Program CNC machines using G-code programming language
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Measure and inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to ensure proper dimensions of finished parts
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
