EXCELLENT company looking for a CNC Lathe Machinist
Prefer experience on live-tool Mazak machines
Must be profiecinet in :
The set up of CNC lathes, mills, grinders and related hand tools.
Reading, interpreting and making simple edits in CNC programs
Reading and interpreting blue prints and documentation related to manufacturing of machined parts
Using calipers, O.D./I.D. micrometers, and othr machinist measuring tools
Producing high quality parts in a timely manner.
Calculating feeds and speeds to meet finish requirements
Caring and maintaining all equipment
Mathematics for calculating angles and conversion of fractions to decimal dimensions
Performing 5s lean manufacturing checklist
Must have 3-5 years experience in a metal working job shop
Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
Must be able to stand walk for long periods of time
Must have good work ethic and a team-player attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
