HEADER SUB ARC/LANCE/END BLOCK WELDER - $26+ (depending on experience)
Night Shift
Ability to position header at machine clamping using an overhead or jib crane; turn cranks or pushes buttons to align electrode on welding head over the weld joint. Ability to load reel of electrode wire onto machine and threads electrode wire from reel through feed rolls and welding head; turn welding head to set the specified angle of electrode. Fill hopper with specified flux and direct nozzle or gravity feed over weld line. Turn knobs to set current, voltage, and slope, and synchronize feed of wire and flux with speed of welding action. Ability to observe meters and gauges along with observing the weld action for compliance with procedures. Visually examine welds for adherence to specifications; grind welded surfaces as needed. Ability to operate pneumatic and electric grinders. Ability to use and utilize levels. Adjust machine setup to vary size, location, and penetration of bead; layout, fit, and tack work pieces together. Preheat work piece with hand torch or heating furnace; remove surplus slag, flux, and spatter. Ability to remove metal with carbon arc gouger to make repairs if necessary. Maintains production record of parts and jobs fabricated as required by the Department Manager. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime. Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management. Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must pass American Society of Mechanical Engineering 1g Saw Plate Test.
HEADER CNC MACHINIST - $22+ (depending on experience)

Set up and operate numerical control machines or machining centers to perform various machine functions such as cutting, drilling, milling, reaming, boring, and broaching of metallic and nonmetallic work pieces. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and related technical data to determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings, and machining methods and sequences. Mount, align, and secure tooling, attachments, and work piece on machine using overhead crane. Assemble cutting tools in tool holders and position tool holders in machine spindles as specified or inserts cutting tools in specified machine magazines. Load control media such as tape, card, or disk, in machine controller or enters commands to retrieve preprogrammed instructions from database. Capable of proper set up, interpretation and verification of correctness of program to be used on machine. Calculate and set machine controls to position spindle in relationship to work piece and to regulate factors such as cutting depth, speed, feed, and coolant flow. Manipulate controls and enter commands to index cutting tool to specified set point and to start machine. Ability to start machine and monitor displays and machine operation to detect malfunctions. Observe and listen to machine operation to detect malfunctions such as worn or damaged cutting tools. Adjust machine feed and speed and change cutters to machine parts according to specifications when automatic programming is faulty or machine malfunctions. Measure work piece for conformance to specifications. Stop machine to change cutting tools and setup according to required machining sequence or to measure parts for conformance to blueprint specifications. Enter commands or manually adjust machine controls to correct malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining. Operate machine manually to perform functions when automatic programming is faulty or machine malfunctions as applicable. Notify supervisor of discrepancies. Discuss control media errors with supervisor or programming personnel to resolve problems. Maintains production record of parts and jobs fabricated as required by the Department Manager. Clean machine, tooling, and parts. Perform some machine maintenance. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime. Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management. HEADER WELDER – COMBINATION A (must have tig/stick experience) - $27+ (depending on experience)

Welders must be proficient in blueprint reading for layout. Must be able to correctly fit and weld fabricated and forged components to assemble Header components with Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding, and/or Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Process. Position, align, and fit components together and tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding using correct welding process and procedure. Ability to set-up welding equipment for use of certain types of material. 3-5 years code welding experience required. Test requirements: pass a 2G plate test with the GTAW root pass and SMAW fill and cap.
HEADER FITTER WELDER - $25+ (Depending on Experience)

Proficient in blueprint reading for layout. Must be able to correctly fit and weld fabricated and forged components to assemble Header components with Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding, and/or Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Process as required. Position, align, and fit components together and tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding using correct welding process and procedure. Set up welding equipment for the type of material being used. Hammer wedges and drift pins. Grind rough edges, surplus weld, or scale, using portable grinder. Position and turn clamps, and bolts using hand or wrenches. Position work pieces manually or by using overhead or jib cranes. Straighten warped or bent parts with a straightening press. Proficient with a cutting torch and/or plasma cutter. Must be proficient in reading and the proper execution for measuring devices such as tape measures, squares, levels. Maintains production record of parts and jobs fabricated as required by the Department Manager. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime. Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management. HEADER - BLASTER/PAINTER - $18+ (depending on experience)

Abrades surfaces of metal or hard composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, dirt and to impart specified finish. Shovel or pours abrasives such as sand, grit, or shot of specified grade into machine hopper. Select premixed paints, or mixes required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors. Ability to prep product prior/ post painting. Must be able to us a power spray guy. Must pass Pulmonary Function Test (PFT); must be fitted and able to wear respirator. Physically active & must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
HEADER GRINDER-$19/hr.+
Night Shift
Grind and smooth surfaces of Headers or Header components. Position work pieces by using overhead or jib cranes. Examine surface of work piece for defects. Replace worn abrasive disks, wheels, and die grinder bits according to specifications. Pull trigger to start power tool, move it over surface of work piece to remove scratches, laminated metal, excess weld material, and burrs. May chip or grind out pits or cracks. Remove machining chips from inside of header. Maintains production record of parts and jobs fabricated as required by the Department Manager. Operate industrial forklift. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime. Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management. Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.
STRUCTURE FICEP/BEAMLINE/CNC OPERATOR - $25+ (depending on experience)
Day Shift
Ability to set up and operate CNC, machine program or machine control monitoring screen to perform various machine functions such as cutting and punching. Determine and select machine procedures, tooling requirements, and control settings. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, material planning sheets, sketches, or related technical data to calculate and create cutting and punching programs following blueprints with minimal material usage. Ability to start machine, monitor displays, as well as machine operation to detect malfunctions; observe and listen to machine operation to detect malfunctions such as worn or damaged cutting tools or punching. Ability to identify correct material use as per Bill of Material (BOM). Minimum one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
STRUCTURE FITTER WELDER – $24+ (depending on experience) MUST HAVE FITTER EXPERIENCE
Day Shift –
Ability to lay out, fit, and weld fabricated components to assemble structural forms. Proficient in blueprint reading for layout
Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding; a layout, positions, aligns, and fits components together; positions work pieces manually or by using overhead or jib cranes Set up welding machine and welding gun: assemble/disassemble welding tips and its liner, wire feed and voltage, using arc or gas-shielded arc welding equipment. Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts. Operate cutting torch and plasma torch. Operate small saw machine and iron machine for cutting and coping, notching materials. Must pass 2g and 3g weld test. Five-year structural fitting experience recommended.
ASSEMBLY CLASS A - $25+ (depending on experience)
Night Shift – 2 Positions
Building bundles. Experience with plenums/driver for air cooled heat exchangers. Tube Expansion, Hydro, dry out, N2 Purge. The ability to teach and instruct on all of these tasks. Read blueprints and build bundles/sections by following prints, calculate expansion measurements, read expansion measurements, set up and Adjust Expansion machine/gun settings, Tube expansion, All plug and cover duties including choosing suitable thread lubricant, Soap Bubble Testing, Hydro Static Testing, and preparation for Helium Testing, Over Head Crane and Forklift operation, The ability to detect Safe and Unsafe Acts and the willingness to stop an unsafe act. Communication skills to teach others and to lead others in all Bundle/Section Assembly Task in the Air Cooled Heat Exchanger world, If no Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger experience, Shell and Tube Industry Experience may be adequate, Work on your feet six days per week while lifting, pushing, pulling, bending with as much as 50 lbs. of weight, Rigging knowledge for Overhead cranes and lifting in general, Wear eye, ear, and steel toe foot protection at all times, Use Cell phones only on break times during work shifts. Two years of prior assembly related experience.
