OFFICE HELP WANTED FOR OIL COMPANY

POSITION: FULL TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT OR OFFICE MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

1) Answer and direct phone calls to manager.

2) Organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings, and take detailed minutes from meetings.

3) Write and distribute correspondence memos, letter, and forms.

5) Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

6) Develop and maintain a filing system.

7) Submit and reconcile expense reports.

8) Liaise with Office Manager to handle requests and queries from other managers.

Qualifications and Skills

1) 1-year minimum experience as an administrative assistant.

2) Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

3) Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, copiers, etc.

4) Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

5) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

6) Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

7) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

9) Preferable experience in legal descriptions.

10) Prefer someone who is creative, reliable, and dependable.

11) Non-smoker and willing to undergo drug testing.

12) Experience working with regulatory agencies is a plus.

STARTING WAGES AT $20/HOUR, ADVANCING TO $25/HOUR AFTER 90 DAYS.
