ABOUT US: NeW Solutions services refuse & recycle for the City of Tulsa residents.
We are looking for a hard worker, reliable, experienced individual to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment. Ability to speak and translate Spanish is required. Position will work closely with management to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
-Preferred +6 months in human resources or relevant field required.
-Preferred +6 months in payroll.
This position will be a temporary full time position. Starting November 1st and ending roughly around 6 months.
Listed below are some of the general duties required:
Onboarding new hires and instructing them on enrollment and company procedures
Assisting employee enrollment in insurance benefits
Resolving employee issues with insurance providers, if any Coordinating leaves of absence and process claims or requests (medical operations, worker’s compensation etc.)
Creation, updating and closing of employee files
Process payroll and maintaining payroll data weekly
Maintain OSHA log of injuries
Process employee terminations and coordinate with payroll to ensure collection of uniforms, final insurance deductions, etc.
Skills:
Fluent in Spanish and must be able to translate, read, write in Spanish.
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Reliable with adherence to confidentiality
Advanced knowledge of standard computer and office software Microsoft excel, word.
