Document Specialist

$11-$13 per hour

Responsibilities:
Manage, sort and organize all incoming and outgoing mail
Assist with office tasks such as printing, scanning, faxing, filing and emailing documents
Prepare and create reports, presentations and other documents
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
Assure proofreading for accurate grammar, spelling and punctuation
Provide back-up support for the Administrative Assistant or Receptionist
Required Experience:
1+ years of document management or administrative experience in previous roles
Ability to perform the same tasks every day with a positive attitude
Experienced with Microsoft Office
