Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch. Schedule is negotiable and can be modified slightly to proposed 8am to 4:30pm.

Starting at $18.25 and based on experience.
Job Description:
Perform AR-related duties of the Accounting Department, respective to company policy and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
This role is part of a shared services group supporting 2 local facilities. The duties include the following tasks and may include others as the role requires.
1. Conduct customer maintenance in the ERP system
2. Process daily invoices respective to each site’s shipments.
3. Process daily payment collections and/or bank deposits, received through the mail or electronically.
4. Process credits and/or payments discounts as needed.
5. Communicate with customers and/or issue customer statements to initiate and/or resolve collections.
6. Collaborate with the Operations & Finance team members as needed.
7. Investigate and recommend actions to resolve discrepancies.
8. Complete intercompany reconciliations.
9. Maintain an AR Aging report for management and customer-base.
10. Prepare role-related reconciliations per company policies.
11. Prepare Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) required support relative to role.
12. Prepare journal entries as needed/approved.
13. Follow company policies regarding proper approvals on all transactions.
14. May occasionally perform other tasks or be cross trained as a backup.

Drafting Checker
Pay: $20+ Based on experience
We are looking for an experienced draftsman who will be able to review 3D models and 2D drawings while ensuring accuracy and quality.
The ideal candidate will have proficient knowledge of Inventor and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of steel fabrication and design is a must, knowledge of fired heaters, boilers, and or heat exchangers is necessary as your main roll will be to review and assist draftsman in design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify fabrication drawings for compliance with company fabrication standards.
- Work with engineering team and draftsman to maintain company standards.
- Create 3D models & 2D fabrication drawings using Inventor.
- Create an accurate bill of materials (BOM) for production needs.
- Creation of various documentation and deliverables required for fabrication.
- Prepare, review and redraft based on feedback from the engineering team.
- Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team.
- Along with various other tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of at least 3 years of experience in drafting within a fabrication setting.
- Proficient in CAD software including Inventor and AutoCAD.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Must show strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must show strong organization and time management skills.
2 YEAR EXPERIENCED FIELD SAFETY COORDINATOR EH/S $18+ DOE EXP. OSHA, MSHA, EPA, DOT REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.
PRODUCTION PLANNER $24-$28 HR
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Plans and manages production planning to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilize the company’s production capacity
Monitors inventory levels, schedules, and availability of selected items, either manufactured or purchased, to meet production schedules.
Analyzes sales orders in relation to capacity planning and material requirements. Receives and reviews sales orders against current requirements and work in process.
Coordinates with purchasing to ensure proper levels of raw materials are maintained to meet demand and recommends stock levels for future demand.
Assists with the Sales & Operations Planning process for the organization; Analyzes Customer Forecasts that are sent into Axel in conjunction with the Sales Team.
Completes estimated due to ship date input for Sales and Customer Service departments.
Cancels workorders and advises purchasing of potential impact on materials already secured or on order so adjustments can be made when possible.
Interfaces with manufacturing personnel, the purchasing department and supervisors on material status and production planning issues.
Recommends alignment of products between facilities to ensure timely delivery and optimal utilization of the sites; Ensures timely completion of technology transfer between sites.
Be familiar with and support the quality policy and ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 (if applicable) Quality Management Systems.
Assists with other inventory management and supply chain management projects/requests as needed.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree and minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production planning/materials controls function or equivalent combination of education and experience
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
General Safety training annually
Various quality training and Hazardous material handling as required
