Tax attorney office now hiring detail-oriented Office Assistant to join their team.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist the office manager.
Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: copying, faxing, mail, filing. sending emails and data entry.
Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies.
Manage office calendars and schedule appointments.
Support with proofreading documents and correspondence.
Answer phones and provide customer service.
Greet guest upon arrival.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions.
Proficiently use MS Office for various office tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in admin role is required.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred.
