Our organization is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager position is currently a part-time position that will grow into full-time. The ideal candidate has a background in office organization, customer services, and has experience working in a customer service oriented environment. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational skills. The successful office manager will work with an energetic and devoted team that values its customers' needs and ensures that each customer is treated to the highest possible level of service. As well as taking pride in a well organized office. The position would be ideal for a retired office professional that wants to contribute their skills to the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service when answering phones.
Need computer skills to enter and retrieve information from the computer.
Work in an office during normal business hours.
Manage the office's daily tasks.
Manage the files and paperwork for the office and other agents.
Ordering materials and organizing those orders.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $125/day

8 hour shift
Monday and Tuesday
