Pre-Qualifying Associate Recruiter
Summary: Pre-qualifying associate recruiters are responsible for heavy outbound calling and pre-qualifying applicants. They will generate potential drivers for our lease purchase program for recruiters to process.
Goal: Increase the commitment rate of applicants and identify reasons as to why a driver fails to commit.
Duties will comprise qualifying applicants, discussing pay and benefits, etc.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have customer service or prior recruiting experience.
Must have Microsoft Excel, Word, and general internet usage.
Must be self-motivated.
$13.00-$15.00/hr to start
