(RECEPTIONISTS) telecommunications Officer in a Hospital
Our client has multiple openings for Telecommunications Officers in Tulsa, OK 74136 to support hospital staff and ensure effective communication. This role requires professionalism, accuracy, and strong customer service skills.
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
Job Description:
Answer inbound calls and messages for hospital staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Accurately document, relay, and forward information as needed.
Monitor communications and ensure timely delivery of messages.
Interact directly with patients, customers, and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and efficient typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a call center, customer service, or telecommunications environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
