SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR
Tulsa, OK
$10 per hour

Responsibilities:
Provide the best customer service possible to upwards of 200 calls per day
Direct callers to one of many medical offices in the Tulsa Metro Area
Capability to learn quickly and stay patient in busy situations
Must be able to work three 12-hour shifts
Required Experience:
Customer service/call center experience is a plus
Excellent work references to back up customer service skills
