Real Estate Maintenance Tech
Treyco Services, LLC. is seeking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician
DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:
track and complete service requests on occupied and vacant apartments, retail facilities, duplexes, single family homes and condominium properties. Perform timely repairs including light electrical, light plumbing, some HVAC experience, carpentry, and some roof repair, sheetrock repair and installation, interior/exterior painting, knowledge of sprinkler systems, concrete patching, roof patching, drainage projects, gutter repair.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent is REQUIRED. Current and Valid driver’s license AND must have own transportation (truck is preferred) AND must have VALID driver’s license, vehicle tag and vehicle insurance. SOFT SKILLS: Communication; discretion; time management; problem-solving; attention to detail; multitasking; commitment to safety.

COMPENSATION:
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on skills.
Plus: Gasoline Allowance
Plus: Cell Phone Allowance
