Established Real Estate Appraisal firm seeking a well-qualified and motivated State Certified Real Estate appraiser to perform appraisals primarily on new homes as needed in Tulsa. Excellent opportunity to supplement your existing workload.
Must be a Certified Appraiser in the state of Oklahoma and FHA Approved. This is a fee-split position, and our splits are extremely competitive. We are working with a well-known builder in your area, over 2000 appraisals personally performed for this company.
This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Highly Motivated, Dependable and Detail-oriented and proficient on ACI. Note: this is a 1099 commission-based position. This can grow into a very busy position. Let us do the administrative work so you can do what you do best; APPRAISE.
You will set your own schedule paying close attention to due dates and one on one support is available.
License/Certification: State Certified Appraiser and FHA approved (Required) MLS and E&O required.
