We are looking for individuals who want to work in our apprentice program for our management team. You will be working as an Assistant for a Center General Manager. You will be training to take over the next open Center General Manager position. This position is a Monday - Friday schedule.
Assistant Sales Manager duties include:
Answering phone with AAMCO script
Meeting and greeting customers
Ordering parts and inventory
Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles repairs
Managing and tracking lead counts as well as customer satisfaction ratings
Verify invoices with work orders
Building work orders for quote
Following up on Accounts receivables
Filing
Housekeeping of the office
Driving customers to their destination
Requirements:
Sales experience a must
Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point etc
Experience with Administrative work required
Great phone etiquette a must
Desire to be in the automotive repair retail sales industry
Positive personality a must
Valid Drivers license
Excellent customer service skills
