Employment Type: Full-Time Contract position
Start Date: Thursday, January 2nd, 2025
Compensation: $20/hour + commissions with the potential to earn up to $100,000 in total annual compensation
Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive new customer acquisition and contribute to the growth of our client base.
Manage the entire sales cycle, including conducting outbound sales calls to potential customers, presenting and demonstrating our products and services, and closing deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and responsive communication to guide new customers through our customer journey.
Proactively engage with both prospective customers and the team, offering clear, constructive insights to strengthen our approach and improve the customer experience.
Experience & Capabilities
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (though all levels of experience are welcome to apply) and possess:
Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of balancing multiple customer interactions and follow-ups effectively in a remote setting.
A proactive approach to seeking clarity and assistance when needed, ensuring all tasks are well-defined and on track.
The ability to collaborate remotely with internal teams and stakeholders in a positive and professional manner.
A knack for simplifying information, ensuring prospective customers clearly understand our technology, services, and the unique value we bring to their organization.
A self-starter mentality, ready to take ownership of the sales pipeline, identify potential roadblocks, and troubleshoot independently.
A strong focus on both the big-picture goal of customer acquisition and the day-to-day tasks that drive success.
