Looking for a hvacr technician or someone motivated with sales experience who wants to be part owner of the company we can grow together. I have a license in hvacr and other things. I have some experience in sales but really need someone who can network, etc. I will teach you the trade and anything else that you need. Offering commission and or 25-50% of what we make per job, etc. Just be a good person and help me grow this on the side.
