We are seeking a responsible, meticulous, and experienced handyman/carpenter to help with light carpentry repairs on houses before exterior painting.
Contract (1099) or Part-time (W-2).

REQUIREMENTS;
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must possess a social security number or ITIN.
- Must carry general liability insurance (if 1099).
- Must demonstrate proven experience as a handyman/carpenter.
- Must be capable of working independently and efficiently.
- Must exhibit strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Must provide your own tools and equipment.
- Must be interested in establishing a long-term partnership.
