Job Description: Landscaper / Irrigation Technician / Lawn Maintenance
We are seeking dependable, hardworking team members to join our growing company in the lawn and landscape industry. This position involves a variety of outdoor work, including landscaping, irrigation, and routine lawn care.
Responsibilities:
Perform landscape installations (plants, trees, shrubs, mulch, rock, sod, etc.)
Operate power equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers
Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems (sprinklers, controllers, valves, piping)
Diagnose irrigation problems and make necessary adjustments or repairs
Conduct seasonal services including fertilization, weed control, overseeding, and aeration
Assist with drainage solutions, grading, and other outdoor projects as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Provide excellent customer service while on job sites
Requirements:
✅ Prior landscaping, lawn care, or irrigation experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
✅ Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
✅ Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
✅ Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various outdoor conditions
✅ Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
✅ Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
