Our family has been part of Tulsa since before statehood in 1907. We’re launching a dedicated Water Division to create stable, rewarding careers. The division is new, but our water experience isn’t — we’ve handled insured water jobs and are now going full force into water mitigation.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Lead Water Mitigation Technician, you’ll respond to water damage emergencies, operate professional extraction and drying equipment, and guide homeowners through a stressful time. We admire hard workers who care about their craft and do things the right way. We’re a friendly, respectful team — people who work hard and get along.
REQUIREMENTS
IICRC WRT Certification — Required
Water damage restoration experience — Required
Valid driver’s license
Reliable commute to Tulsa, OK 74146
Background check & drug test

Pay: $22–$30/hour DOE + performance bonuses
