Basic math skills, able to read and write and provide written info when asked
Attention to detail, complete all work with quality in mind
Skilled, motivated diligent worker
Proven experience in the construction trades
Technical knowledge and strong general repair skills in remodeling
Must have your own vehicle and be able to pick up construction materials
Must have your own tools
Starting at $25 per hour for handyman/ maintenance jobs, with paid driving time.
Up to $45 per hour for plumbing.
