I have an investment property that needs some work done & I would like estimates on the following jobs:
The home is half foundation & half crawlspace. It is aprox 1800sqft. The house needs to be leveled. The crawlspace half has had settling & has came off of the blocks in places. Will also need a couple of joists repaired/replaced.
The roof needs patched due to some shingles blowing off.
It needs some masonry repair. Some of the rocks are missing.
