♦Maintenance - Ideal candidate would have experience in plumbing, drywall, painting and HVAC. Ability to work Independently when required. Position entails preparing office spaces for new tenants, working on plumbing, heat/air units and working at several locations when required.
-Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday- Friday. $17.00-$18.00 hourly
General Labor Position Available at same company-Will be responsible for keeping many property areas neat and tidy. Will drive onto different properties to maintain cleanliness of properties, valid driver's license is preferred. May be utilized to help prepare properties for new tenants. $14.00 8:00am-5:00pm
