Plumbing - Lead Journeyman - Commercial Construction
We are a Commercial Plumbing & Mechanical Contracting firm looking for Plumbers to join our team. Our biggest immediate need is for experienced licensed Journeymen who have experience leading teams in commercial construction settings. Preferred to have 4-5 years experience. We work in commercial new construction and remodeling sights to install all forms of plumbing systems. Experience in med gas, hydronics, boilers and chillers is a plus but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
Lead crew of other journeymen and apprentices as they layout, assemble, and install plumbing piping and fixtures.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Wear PPE as required per job site.
Qualifications:
Must have a current and valid driver's license and state journeyman's license.
Must be able to read blueprints/drawings.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience in plumbing or other related fields
Ability to understand large construction projects and break them down into daily goals.
Pay is based on experience and knowledge of the trade, ability to lead a crew.
