Due to an arson we need a qualified on Site working superintendent to gut & rebuild one side of a high quality duplex in the 15th & Denver area then we plan to build out 4 apartment units near by. We need the candidate to have a good working knowledge and previous experience and know some skilled craftsman, including some or all of the various trades in construction. Duplex was recently remodeled so we are up to code and no plaster just sheetrock & trim to demo.
