We have a full time or part time opening for an all around skilled craftsman, including some or all of the various trades in construction with a little make ready from time to time. Candidate must be well spoken to interact with tenants, trustworthy, and reliable.
While impossible to be a master in all the trades please list the skills you are familiar with and have done. Please only those that are 'skilled ' and have verifiable experience and of 2 years and have references.
