We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welding Connector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting metal parts using various welding methods to ensure strong, precise, and safe joints in structures, equipment, and assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
Set up and operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-core, depending on requirements).
Align, clamp, and tack-weld components into position before final welding.
Perform welds on metal components using appropriate techniques.
Inspect and test welded joints to ensure structural integrity and compliance with specifications.
Grind, clean, or polish welds and finished surfaces.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Maintain welding tools and equipment in good condition.
Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and supervisors to resolve welding issues.
Must have experience!
Often works at heights, in confined spaces, or in adverse weather conditions.
Up to $45/ hr M-F
