NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AT LEAST 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN TRUCKING WE WILL NOT CONSIDER YOU UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. THIS IS NOT A JOB TO BE TRAINED HOW TO DO THIS POSITION. MUST HAVE DRIVEN A TRUCK IN THE PAST AND BE ABLE TO USE ELECTRONICS AND SOFTWARE.
Description:
We’re looking for an experienced recruiter and dispatcher to join our team at a small but growing trucking company. This role requires someone who is highly self-motivated, independent, and ready to tackle the challenges of recruiting and managing truck drivers daily.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit qualified and experienced truck drivers to join our team.
- Manage driver schedules, loads, and dispatching to ensure timely deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers to address their needs and concerns.
- Handle day-to-day operations and problem-solving with minimal supervision.

- Experience: Proven track record in driver recruitment and dispatching in the trucking industry.
- Independence: A self-starter who can work independently without constant oversight.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with drivers and handle challenges professionally.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the complexities of recruiting and managing drivers, including their unique day-to-day challenges.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
