I am looking for an associate, partner, or possibly a buyer for my small home-based Internet presence and website business.
I am past retirement age now and trying to gradually retire from the website business. I have about 20 website and email customers (down from a high of 75) who rely on me very much, and I often wonder what would happen to them if I were suddenly "unavailable" to service their accounts. I have been the sole owner and employee of my company since 1996, and nobody else has my records of customers, email accounts and domains.
I also have a unique City of Tulsa website that could be expanded into a lucrative side business.
I would like to partner up with another Internet reseller in the Tulsa area, somebody who is knowledgeable about HTML coding, hosting and email accounts, domain registration, WHM and CPanel. This person could possibly end up with my customers someday, so I need someone who is reliable and knowledgeable, and preferably younger than me.
I would like to have someone standing by to take over my business when the time comes, without interruption of service to my customers. I also want to do some traveling, so it would be advantageous to have someone locally to handle any customer technical issues in my absence.
I would also consider selling my Internet business outright to a qualified person or business. My operating entity is an Oklahoma Corporation that has been active and in good standing since 1996. This corporation could be for sale also with my website business.
