We’re a small, creative digital media company looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to help manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms.
This role blends content creation, strategy, and hands-on posting — perfect for someone who enjoys storytelling, brand building, and digital engagement.
About the Role:
You’ll develop and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns to help increase brand awareness and drive engagement on social channels. (Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, X, etc.) You’ll collaborate with our internal content team, help refine the visual style and voice, and track what performs best to continuously improve results.
We’re looking for someone who can take initiative, has an eye for aesthetics and tone, and can work independently on a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms
Write short, engaging captions and story text aligned with brand tone
Create visual content using In-Shot, Capcut, Edits or similar tools
Track performance metrics and help refine strategies based on results
Collaborate with our creative team to coordinate content themes and campaigns
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing social media for brands, creators, or small businesses
Strong writing and creative communication skills
Familiarity with Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, or similar platforms
Comfortable working with creative material intended for adult audiences (must be 18+)
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage flexible hours
Position Details:
Part-time (approx. 10 hours per week)
$15-18/hr, depending on experience
Flexible schedule — remote work OK, Tulsa-area preferred (Oklahoma resident required)
W-2 employee position (we handle tax withholding)
