RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Central Finance Tech Analyst.
Responsibilities:
The CFIN Tech Analyst will define scope, break down the work into Features, manage and prioritize the backlog on an ongoing basis and manage that work through to delivery within established budgets using the defined program's hybrid-agile methodology
Understand current and future customer needs, define features, determine success criteria, validate solutions, and evaluate customer satisfaction
Ensure teams have the full context and understanding of customers and business environment to create valuable solutions
Assess the business impact of different solutions and the trade-offs between customer needs, technology requirements and costs
The CFIN Tech Analyst will build an effective Capability team with our offshore ITO partner and business stakeholders
Understand how features are performing, the level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of relevant work experience
Prior technology experience in implementing, integrating, and/or maintaining large-scale ERP application suites
Technology expertise in supporting and developing with various technologies - SAP S4 HANA, Central finance, SLT, AIF, Coupa, Concur, Aravo, Informatica, Pega Systems, HTML, AWS, etc.
Prior experience in implementing, integrating, and/or maintaining large-scale ERP application suites in the Retail/Fashion/Footwear industries (SAP, Central Finance)
Solid experience in SAP Finance and Controlling technology, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Legal Entity design, COPA, Consolidations, accounting business processes in a Global, multi-currency environment
Hands-on experience on SAP General Ledger (Classic & New)
Knowledge on SAP Central Finance Deployment and S/4 Data Replication knowledge
Prior experience with creating config and mapping documents, performing interface analysis, and creating STTM's, work with high volume loads, error handling
Experience dealing with high volume data and reporting needs
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise, and easy-to-read functional specifications is critical required
Knowledge and experience with SAP systems and processes that support wholesale and direct-to-consumer financial capabilities
In-depth knowledge of the relationship between business process and the capabilities in the program
Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively
Advanced critical thinking and ability to creatively solve complex, unique problems with large business impact
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
