Job Title: Civil EngineerJob DescriptionWe are searching for a civil engineer with an EIT certification and experience in land development, including private development work such as subdivisions and other private developer-led projects. The right candidate will have experience preparing project-related design documents, including entire plans, detail sheets, and estimates for bidding and construction using AutoCAD or Microstation, OpenRoads, and Bluebeam. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate with agencies, clients, and partner technical staff. The candidate should be able to effectively manage their own time, scope, schedule, and budget for each project while leading CADD technicians and designers with guidance from the project manager. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standards, and interpret instructions in various forms.Hard Skills
