RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Data Lead that will work closely with process owners and stakeholders to design and deliver standards and processes to improve data quality and improve accountability amongst users.

Summary:
A typical day of a Data Lead will include data review and analysis, updating and/or creating processes to maintain and improve data quality, creating and updating data dictionaries to assist users in self service practices. The Data Lead may also be assisting with data compliance challenges and leveraging data from ServiceNow to assist in audit findings.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Communications or equivalent
ITIL 4 certification preferred
7+ years of ITIL related work experience
Hands-on experience in technical writing
Thorough understanding of ITSM best practices
Experience in data analytics
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships
Experience with Agile methodology

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
