RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Digital Innovation Director.
Responsibilities:
In this role, the Digital Innovation Director ensures quality, compliance and fiscal standards are met for the areas managed
Transforms strategies into plans and goals for their unit for the next 18 to 24 months
Grows and develops the competencies and skills of team members, with particular focus on developing managerial talent
The Digital Innovation Director leverages technical experts inside and outside the organization to foster innovation, and drive efficiencies and performance improvement
Partners with and integrates across other areas, resolving conflicts and managing competing priorities, to provide a complete solution
As a Digital Innovation Director, this role develops department budget and ensures budget objectives are achieved through managers and other team members
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of experience design and development with Unity, including working with 3D assets and tools
3+ years of experience programming in C#
Familiarity with 3D tools like Blender or Maya
Experience in Houdini a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
