Partnership & Compliance Manager Job Description:We are searching for a Partnership & Compliance Manager at Sage. Imagine you are the key player in driving the success of our channel partnerships at Sage. You’ll be the go-to person for managing and enhancing our partner programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. If you love building relationships and making a tangible impact, this role is for you!This is a HYBRID role based 3 days per week in our Atlanta (Ponce City Market), Lawrenceville, GA or Beaverton, OR office. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage channel partnerships and programs, including onboarding and enablement. Troubleshoot partner issues and ensure compliance with our standards. Collaborate with teams across North America to enhance partner experience and drive revenue. Handle partner renewals, mergers & acquisitions, and compliance management. Communicate with partners through various channels, ensuring they feel supported and valued. Enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where no two days are the same.To Thrive in This Role You Must: Have a minimum of 2 years professional experience in a customer facing role. Be a creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills. Have exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Be proficient with Microsoft Office tools; experience with SAP (Fusion) and Salesforce is a plus. Enjoy building and maintaining relationships with partners. Be adaptable to change.
